Work Readiness Skills

At my internship, Earthscope, on Monday last week, we were required to come up with interview questions to ask an environmentalist, and I worked with dedication to research the interviewee and develop questions about her research.
I communicated effectively with my group of three other members to discuss the research and the questions and to decide which questions to ask the interviewee. Thus, in this instance, I worked with dedication and communication, which helped me get my work done efficiently.
I do have weaknesses, but none of my weaknesses were apparent in this last week's work, because we haven't had to do much work yet. The first class was mainly just for formality and basics; so far so good.

  1. That interview assignment sounds strangely like some sort of school assignment. I suppose those class projects really do prepare people for jobs.

  2. Charlotte, you're definitely an effective communicator, as I've learned through working with you on planning the Marin Conservation League interview. We didn't really procrastinate, which lessened the stress of the whole process.
